acknowledge that they have understood and

The participant gives authorization to AIMS without any recourse or compensation to:
● Obtain information about his/her account’s transactions records; his/her account activity and
other information (including but without limitation, account number); name and surname; email
and other details of their participation in the campaign to run the campaign, monitor activity and
transfer the prize to the winners.
● Show and announce publicly the participant’s name and surname, residence country, photo,
account number, and other details of their participation in the campaign on the Website or any
other publication for declaring the results of the campaign.
● Interview participants will collaborate with other participants to create video, audio, and other
content, which will be published on the website, social media, and anywhere else for promotional
purposes. Any interview, audio, video, text, and other materials created by AIMS in respect to the
campaign shall belong to AIMS and be its intellectual property irrespective of whether they
contain references to, images, or videos of participants or not.
● AIMS has the right to solely amend, interpret, or waive any rule or terms if such actions are undertaken in the best interests of the campaign.
● AIMS reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any moment it deems fit, to disqualify any participant should AIMS determine that the participant
has violated the agreement and/or is engaging or has engaged in using trading strategies or activities designed intentionally to exploit errors, bugs,
loopholes in price quotations, order execution, statement generation, charging of fees and commissions, funds transfer and/or other delays,
disruption, failure or malfunction of any software, hardware, transmission or communication system or software.
● If any participant breaches these terms, regulating terms of the trading account or any other applicable to the campaign rules, such participant will
be disqualified and AIMS has the right to void the prize.
● The participant agrees to indemnify AIMS and their affiliates and hold harmless from any claim, demand, expenses, or costs (including legal fees,
fines, or penalties) incurred or suffered due to or arising out of the participant’s actions.
● AIMS shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss, incurred by a participant during the campaign and for the results of the
campaign.
● AIMS shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in the acceptance or transmission of orders due to any failure of transmission, computers
(software or hardware), or any other event that is beyond AIMS’ reasonable control.
● In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of these terms for the campaign, AIMS shall resolve such disputes or misinterpretations and shall act
in good faith and as deemed fit and proper. AIMS’ decision is final.
● AIMS reserves the right to change the campaign period or any other detail or aspect of the campaign and to suspend, postpone, or cease the
campaign at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and the participants will be considered to have
accepted such changes as of the time the change notification is posted on the Website. The participants agree that AIMS is not liable for any
consequences of changes to the campaign under any circumstances.
