General Rules(s)
- Gold Centennial Campaign (“Campaign”) is organized by AIMS.
- The Campaign starts on 10 Oct 2021 and ends on 10 Dec 2021 (“Campaign Period”).
- The Campaign is open to both existing and new clients of AIMS.
- Individuals of the legal age of at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the Campaign.
- Anyone who registered for the Campaign (“Participant”) will be deemed to have understood these rules.
Participation Criteria(s)
- To redeem the gold bar, Participant MUST fill in the redemption form after fulfilling the two criteria:
- Deposit Rule: Deposit an amount equivalent to or above the Minimum Trading Account Deposit.
- Trade Rule: Trade as minimum as FIFTEEN (15) lots of gold (XAU/USD). Only closed lot traded is counted.

- The redemption of gold bar will be based on per Participant. For a Participant who may have multiple accounts, he/she is entitled to one reward only.
- The redemption of gold bar is based on a first come, first-served basis, subject to availability.
- Transfers of funds between accounts are not considered deposits. Reward is only eligible with fresh funding during the Campaign Period.
- Only limited to Standard account types are eligible for this Campaign.
- Participant can register for the Campaign up to the last day of the Campaign Period.
- Participant can use any strategies except Arbitrage( Trade Balance).
- If your account is eligible for the reward, the gold bar reward will be distributed within 30 days after the Campaign ends.
Authorisation
- Participant gives authorization to AIMS without any recourse or compensation to:
- Obtain information about his/her account’s transactions records; his/her account activity and other information (including but without limitation, account’s number); name and surname; email and other details of the participation in the Campaign to run the Campaign, monitoring activity and transfer the prize to the winners.
- Show and announce publicly Participant’s name and surname, residence country, photo, account number, trading results and other details of the participation in the Campaign on the Website or any other publication for declaring the results of the Campaign.
- Interview Participant to create video, audio, and other content with other Participants, publish interviews and content on the Website and social media or in any other place for promotional purposes. Any interview, audio, video, text, and other materials created by AIMS in respect to the Campaign shall belong to AIMS and is its intellectual property irrespective whether it contain references to, images, videos of Participant or not.
Others
- The gold bar images shown are for illustration purposes only and may not be an exact representation of the gold bar.
- AIMS has the right to solely amend, interpret or waive any rule or terms if such actions are undertaking in the best interests of the Campaign.
- AIMS has the right in its sole discretion and at any moment it deems fit to disqualify any Participant, shall AIMS determine that Participant violates the agreement, and/or is engaging or has engaged in using trading strategies or activities designed intentionally to exploit errors, bugs, loopholes in price quotations, order execution, statement generation, charging of fees and commissions, funds transfer and/or other delays, disruption, failure or malfunction of any software, hardware, transmission or communication system or software.
- If any Participant breached these Terms, regulating terms of the trading account or any other applicable to the Campaign rules, such Participant will be disqualified and AIMS has the right to void the reward.
- Participant agrees to indemnify AIMS and their affiliates and hold harmless from any claim, demand, expenses, or costs (including legal fees, fines, or penalties) incurred or suffered due to or arising out of Participant’s actions.
- AIMS shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss, incurred by Participant, during the Campaign and for the results of the Campaign.
- AIMS shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in the acceptance or transmission of orders due to any failure of transmission, computers (software or hardware) or any other event that is beyond AIMS’ reasonable control.
- In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of these Terms for the Campaign, AIMS shall resolve such disputes or misinterpretations and shall act in good faith and deem fit and proper. AIMS’ decision is final.
- AIMS reserves the right to change the Campaign Period or any other detail or aspect of the Campaign and suspend, postpone, or cease the Campaign at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes shall be posted on the Website and from the moment of such change notification posted on the Website, it is considered that Participant accepted such changes. Participant agrees that AIMS is not liable under any circumstances for any consequences of changes of the Campaign.
