● AIMS FOR FAME Competition is organised by AIMS.
● Score point are calculated in a formula of (Gain % / Max Drawdown %)
● The Competition starts on 1 Dec 2023 and ends on 29 Feb 2024

● Each participant needs to change their investor password to “AIMS4FAME”. Changing the investor
password will allow the MT4 account to be publicly viewed and allows for the MT4 account to be
added into the scoreboard.
● The Competition is open to both existing and new clients of AIMS.
● Individuals of the legal age of at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in
the competition.
● Anyone who registered for the competition will be deemed to have understood
these rules.

● To enter to the the campaign, the participant must fill in the Registration form after before
trading on his account.
● New MT4 to be use at new month contest & only closed lot trades are counted.
● Transfers of funds between accounts are not considered deposits. Only fresh funding
● during the campaign period qualifies for a prize.
● Only standard account types are eligible for this campaign.
● The participants may use any strategy except for arbitrage (trade balance).
Trading Period
● December contests start date: 4th December 2023 (Monday)
Join in period: Anytime between 4th December 2023 – 15th December 2023.
Contest end period: 29th December 2023
● January contests start date: 1st January 2024 (Monday)
Join in period: Anytime between 1ST January 2024 – 13th January 2024.
Contest end period: 26th February 2024 (Friday)
● February contests start date: 5th February 2024 (Monday)
Join in period: Anytime between 5th February 2024 – 16th February 2024.
Contest end period: 1st March 2024 (Friday)

● The participant gives authorization to AIMS without any recourse or compensation to:
Obtain information about his/her account’s password, transactions records; his/her account activity and
other information (including but without limitation, account number); name and surname; email
and other details of their participation in the campaign to run the campaign, monitor activity and
transfer the prize to the winners.
● Each authorized individual shall have the right to access and audit the account’s performance through the use of a
designated investor password, which will be provided to all participants.”
● Show and announce publicly the participant’s name and surname, residence country, photo,
account number, trading results, and other details of their participation in the campaign on the
Website or any other publication for declaring the results of the campaign.
● Interview participants will collaborate with other participants to create video, audio, and other
content, which will be published on the website, social media, and anywhere else for promotional
purposes. Any interview, audio, video, text, and other materials created by AIMS in respect to the
campaign shall belong to AIMS and be its intellectual property irrespective of whether they
contain references to, images, or videos of participants or not.

● AIMS has the right to solely amend, interpret, or waive any rule or terms if such actions are undertaken in the best interests of the campaign.
● AIMS reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any moment it deems fit, to disqualify any participant should AIMS determine that the participant
has violated the agreement and/or is engaging or has engaged in using trading strategies or activities designed intentionally to exploit errors, bugs,
loopholes in price quotations, order execution, statement generation, charging of fees and commissions, funds transfer and/or other delays,
disruption, failure or malfunction of any software, hardware, transmission or communication system or software.
● If any participant breaches these terms, regulating terms of the trading account or any other applicable to the campaign rules, such participant will
be disqualified and AIMS has the right to void the prize.
● The participant agrees to indemnify AIMS and their affiliates and hold harmless from any claim, demand, expenses, or costs (including legal fees,
fines, or penalties) incurred or suffered due to or arising out of the participant’s actions.
● AIMS shall not be responsible for any direct or indirect damage or loss, incurred by a participant during the campaign and for the results of the
campaign.
● AIMS shall not be responsible for any delays or failures in the acceptance or transmission of orders due to any failure of transmission, computers
(software or hardware), or any other event that is beyond AIMS’ reasonable control.
● In the event of any dispute or misinterpretation of these terms for the campaign, AIMS shall resolve such disputes or misinterpretations and shall act
in good faith and as deemed fit and proper. AIMS’ decision is final.
● AIMS reserves the right to change the campaign period or any other detail or aspect of the campaign and to suspend, postpone, or cease the
campaign at any time and at its sole discretion. Any changes will be posted on the Website, and the participants will be considered to have
accepted such changes as of the time the change notification is posted on the Website. The participants agree that AIMS is not liable for any
consequences of changes to the campaign under any circumstances.

1. How much do I need to deposit?
● You need to deposit at least 500 USD to qualify for the campaign and be eligible for prizes.

3. How to redeem the prizes?
We will credit the prize to your submitted MT4. Winner for the trip will be notify via email.
4. Is it possible to register multiple accounts?
Yes, you are allowed to register up to two trading accounts per trading month. However, please note that the winner of the
trip will be determined based on individual user IDs, not the total number of accounts registered.
5. What password should I use trading on MT4?
Your password will be automatically sent to you when you sign up.
